Nuneaton Town FC appeal against a decision of The National League
Background: Nuneaton Town FC allegedly failed to comply with National League Membership Rule 6 in that it fielded an unregistered player during their fixture against Corby Town FC in the National League North on 27 February 2016. Nuneaton won the fixture 3-1. The club admitted the charge. The League issued a sanction of a deduction of the three points gained from the fixture and a fine of £250
Nuneaton appealed to The FA on the ground that the National League misinterpreted or failed to comply with the rules or regulations relevant to its decision

Appeal dismissed. Full decision of the National League remains in place

Corinthian Casuals FC appeal against a decision of the Isthmian Football League
Background: Corinthian Casuals FC allegedly breached League Rule 6.9 in that it fielded a suspended player during their fixture against Faversham Town FC in the Isthmian League Division One South on 16th January 2016. Corinthian Casuals won the fixture 3-1. The club admitted the charge. The League issued a sanction of a deduction of the three points gained from the fixture, a fine of £100 and ordered that the relevant match was not to be replayed
Corinthian Casuals appealed to The FA on the grounds that the Isthmian Football League came to a decision to which no reasonable such body could have come to; and/or imposed a penalty, award, order or sanction that was excessive

Appeal dismissed on both grounds. Full decision of the Isthmian Football League remains in place

Maldon and Tiptree FC

Breach of FA Rule E10 – it is alleged that Maldon and Tiptree FC failed to comply with an FA suspension in that Hussan Nalbant participated in 2 fixtures between 15 August 2015 and 18 August 2015
