England enjoy the stunning views

England U21s may be expecting a tough challenge against their Swiss counterparts in Thun on Saturday night – but there was nothing hectic about their pre-match routine.

The Young Lions looked relaxed and inspired as they soaked up the stunning vistas that provided the backdrop for the team's hotel, taking their own pictures and chatting with staff as paragliders floated down from the mountaintops.

Dominic Iorfa, Kortney Hause and Brendan Galloway even commandeered TheFA.com's camera to secure their own selfie memento!

It was a fitting way to taper off an intense but enjoyable week of training with Gareth Southgate's setup – before evening falls and the players switch back on in preparation to face Switzerland.

England top Group 9 with four games to play – and a win on Saturday would extend their lead over third-place Switzerland to six points.
