The full 23-man squad reported for duty earlier in the day, with all but two heading out to train. Ryan Bertrand stayed inside for assessment, while Danny Welbeck worked in the gym.

Leicester City midfielder Danny Drinkwater trained with the team for the first time since his maiden call-up, while Tom Heaton, who was added to the squad on Monday following the withdrawal of Joe Hart, also joined the group.
