England touch down in France ahead of Euro 2016 finals

England’s players and staff have arrived in France ahead of the UEFA Euro 2016 finals.

The full squad departed from Luton airport just before midday, with players based in the north such as Wayne Rooney, Joe Hart and James Milner having flown down from Manchester earlier in the morning.

The party was given a warm reception from a group of watching fans as they lined up for their traditional departure photograph.

England are staying in the French town of Chantilly, just north of Paris. FATV went behind the scenes at their accommodation and training ground ahead of the squad’s arrival:

The Three Lions ended the day with a training session at the Stade de Bourgognes, home of lower-league side US Chantilly, as preparations for Saturday’s Group B clash with Russia begin.
