Breach of FA Rule Breach of FA Rule E20(a) – it is alleged that in or around the third minute of the fixture, Reading FC failed to ensure that its players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.
Charge admitted but standard penalty not accepted. Paper hearing to be convened

Not truly exceptional. Standard penalty 1 (a £5,000 fine) applies

Breach of FA Rule E3 – it is alleged that Aguero’s behaviour in or around the 76th minute of the fixture constitutes violent conduct
Charge denied. Further submitted that if found proven, the automatic penalty of a three-match suspension is clearly excessive

Charge proven. Claim that the automatic penalty of a three-match suspension is clearly excessive rejected. Aguero will serve a three-match suspension with immediate effect

Breach of FA Rule E3 – it is alleged that on or around the field of play at full time of the fixture Feeney used abusive and/or insulting words towards the Match Officials

Feeney admitted the above charge however The FA does not accept Mr Feeney’s response as an unequivocal admission of the charge. Paper hearing requested

It is further alleged that these breaches of Rule E3(1) include a reference to an “aggravating factor”, namely, sexual orientation and/or gender and/or colour and/or race contrary to Rule E3(2)

Gray has until 6pm on 31 August 2016 to respond

Breach of FA Rule E3 – it is alleged that in or around the 71st minute, Scott Flinders used abusive and/or insulting words contrary to Rule E3(1). It is further alleged that this breach of Rule E3(1) is an “Aggravated Breach” as defined in Rule E3(2), as it included a reference to ethnic origin and/or colour and/or race
Charge denied, personal hearing requested

Charge proven. Flinders immediately suspended from all domestic club football, until such time as York City FC have completed five first team competitive matches in approved competitions, fined £1,250, warned as to future conduct and must complete an education course within four months

Breaches of FA Rule E8(1) - it is alleged that between 23 December 2015 – 26 April 2016, Carson placed 34 bets on the result, progress, conduct or any other aspect of, or occurrence in, football matches or competition whilst being a “Participant”.

Carson has until 22 August 2016 to respond

Sweeney was immediately suspended from all domestic club football, until such time as Kidderminster Harriers FC have completed two first team matches in approved competitions, fined £100 and warned as to future conduct

Breach of FA Rule E3 – it is alleged that in or around the 42nd minute of the fixture, Porter used abusive and/or insulting words towards the Match Officials
Charge denied, non-personal hearing requested

Charge proven. Porter was banned from the touchline, commencing on Monday 8 August, until such time as South Park FC have completed three first team matches in approved competitions, fined £200 and warned as to future conduct
