Slovakia build-up begins for Sam Allardyce's England

A fully-fit England squad trained in the St. George's Park sun on Tuesday afternoon.

New manager Sam Allardyce was without goalkeeper Joe Hart, who has been given permission to leave the camp temporarily, but was otherwise able to call upon the rest of his 23-man party ahead of Sunday's trip to Slovakia.

West Ham winger Michail Antonio trained with the squad for the first time, while Luke Shaw was back on the grass with the Three Lions for the first time since suffering a broken leg last September.
