"This is fantastic," he said. "It’s actually hard to take in but maybe in a couple of days it will be easier.
"It’s all a bit of a blur. We knew we were big underdogs and, at 2-0 down, the game seemed to be slipping through our grasp but the boys have an unbelievable spirit and it showed.
"The team are going into London…London beware. I’ve got the wife and four kids so it’s back to the hotel for a quiet night."
The Conference North underdogs beat Wrexham, a team one division higher, after watching England wallop Lithuania at the same venue on Friday.
But not in their wildest dreams could they have thought things would have turned out so well after a nightmare start.
Super sub Ryan Kendall, a student, weighed in with two goals after skipper Liam King’s penalty had sparked an unlikely fightback.
Keeper Adam Nicklin, a fitness instructor, dropped on Steve Tomassen’s kick to win the day and Heath was full of praise for his stopper.
"With penalties it’s who holds the nerve. You’re hoping the keeper can be excellent and Adam was," added Heath.
"The penalties from the semi-final were fresh in our minds and when we asked for penalty takers we had two regulars. But six or seven wanted to take one, I just had to put them in order."
