After starting in the 1944-45 season, the competition is celebrating its 71st year and comes to Barnet's impressive new home for the very first time.
Middlesex came through four games to reach the Final. Entering the Cup at the second round stage, they beat Somerset at home 5-0 before heading up to Wiltshire where they triumphed 2-1.
It was the same scoreline in their other two ties, beating Durham at Northwood and then Lancashire in the semi-final away in Leyland.
Cheshire have faced one more match, starting in the first round and playing four back-to-back ties at home.
West Riding (3-2), Northumberland (4-3), East Riding (1-0) and Worcestershire (4-1) all succumbed before they travelled to Liverpool's Walton Hall Park ground in the last-four.
The semi-final ended 1-1 after extra-time but the Cheshire side came through 4-2 on penalties to secure their visit to Barnet for the Final.
