Promotion applications for clubs aiming for Step 4

Now that the deadline of 30 November 2015 has passed, a total of 61 applications have been received from clubs at Step 5 wishing to be promoted to Step 4 at the end of the current season.  

The clubs that have applied are as per the attached list.
