Sean O'Driscoll will take charge of England U19s on home soil for the first time when his side host Italy at the New York Stadium in Rotherham in November.

The former Doncaster Rovers and AFC Bournemouth boss won his first three games at the helm earlier this month, leading the Young Lions through their first Euro qualifying round with victories over Belarus, Luxembourg and Belgium.

And England fans will be able to watch their next match against the Azzurrini live on BT Sport, whilst tickets are also on sale at just £3 for adults and £1 for concessions.

It promises be an entertaining game and after seeing his squad in action so far this season, O'Driscoll believes Three Lions supporters could be in for a real treat in South Yorkshire.

"We have played some really good football and scored some fantastic goals," he said.

"We showed a little bit of everything over the course of the three [qualifying] games.

"We’ve got good strength in depth and we look a strong outfit.

"We are an exciting team to watch as well, so if we can be a bit more resilient then we’ve got the potential to be a really good team."

The game with Italy forms part of a busy week for a variety of England teams, with Aidy Boothroyd's U20s in action against Canada two days earlier at AFC Bournemouth's Goldsands Stadium.

And England Under-21s take on Portugal themselves at Burnley's Turf Moor on Thursday 13 November, a game which is also being screened live by BT Sport.

Neil Dewsnip's U18s squad will also be in Poland that week for a double-header of games with their hosts on both 15 and 17 November.

To top it all off, Roy Hodgson's senior team then face Slovenia in their latest Euro Qualifier at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 15 November, live on ITV, before facing a trip to face Scotland at Celtic Park on Tuesday 18 November.
