The England Women’s squad enjoyed their final training session at St. George’s Park last week as they brought an end to an intensive training camp.

Mark Sampson’s squad were put through some gruelling fitness tests during their visit, watched The FA Cup First Round draw on Monday evening and they have spent as much time in meeting rooms as they have out on the pitch.

But it has been a very worthwhile 11 days as it gave head coach Sampson the chance to see where his players are at physically, as well allowing him the chance to further imbed his ideas and principles.
