This week the nation has been united in its admiration for Stephen Sutton, who on Wednesday died aged 19 after a brave and inspirational battle against cancer.

Stephen, who was diagnosed with inoperable bowel cancer four years ago, has raised nearly £4m for Teenage Cancer Trust after news of his campaign spread across social media.

He set out to raise £10,000 for the charity, which is also The FA's charity partner for 2013-14, but eclipsed all his targets after his positive attitude attracted attention and admiration from millions across the world.
