An Independent Regulatory Commission heard two cases of wrongful dismissal.
In relation to the dismissal of Yeovil Town’s Byron Webster for denying a goal scoring opportunity against Reading on 1 March 2014, the claim was upheld.
Therefore, Webster’s suspension has been withdrawn with immediate effect.
The claim from Sam Mantom of Walsall that his sending-off against Preston North End on 1 March 2014 for serious foul play should be dismissed was rejected.
Mantom’s three-match suspension will, therefore, commence with immediate effect.
