Konchesky was sent off against Nottingham Forest this week
Following an Independent Regulatory Commission hearing today, a claim of wrongful dismissal concerning Leicester City’s Paul Konchesky was rejected.
Konchesky was dismissed for serious foul play during the game against Nottingham Forest on 19 February 2014.
His three-match suspension will commence with immediate effect.
