The Road to Wembley reached Cardiff

After starting in Parkgate last August, the Road to Wembley reached Cardiff on Saturday as Gary Stonehouse witnessed another FA Cup upset.

The holders Wigan Athletic defeated Cardiff City 2-1 as a bullet from Ben Watson fired the Latics into the Sixth Round Proper where they will travel to Etihad Stadium to face the team they defeated at Wembley last May, Manchester City.

TheFA.com’s FA Cup man was there to capture all the drama from the Cardiff City Stadium, grabbing exclusive tunnel footage as well as paying a pre-match visit to the Millennium Stadium, the home of The Final from 2001-2006.
