London Bees have appointed Tom Donati as their new head coach.
The 31-year-old joined the FA WSL newcomers from Barnet where he worked with the U18s.
Donati previously held various positions at Charlton Ladies, Reading, Chelsea and Watford.
He said of his new role: "[The Chairman] asked if I was enthusiastic about it and I said of course I am; it’s an exciting opportunity.
"This is slightly a different role as it’s about winning, not developing players, so I’m excited about that.
"The bits I have picked up in my career will have helped, I’m learning all the way and this is another learning curve. I hope this will be a successful one."
The Bees begin their FA WSL campaign against another side new to the League, Oxford United, on Monday 14 April in what will be the curtain-raiser to the new season.
