Blackpool and Blackburn Rovers have each been fined the standard penalty of £5,000 after admitting a breach of FA Rule E20(a) in relation to their game on 26 October 2013.
Both clubs were charged with failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion in or around the 85th minute of this fixture.
