Please read our FAQs below to help you with any queries about The FA SuperKicks app. If you need to contact us, please follow the link below:Contact us
You can create an account here. We will take you through a process to create a parent FAN (FA Number), followed by a short process to create a FAN for your child/children. Follow the link below to create your The FA SuperKicks account:
There is a link to reset your password on the app sign-in screen. If you have tried that, but are yet to receive an email, or have received your email and can’t log in, this may be because we have one email address registered to two FANs (FA Number). If this is the case, please contact us:
A maximum of five children can be registered under a parent FAN.
As it stands, child FANs (FA Numbers) can only be associated to one parent. Should you create a second parent FAN and try to add your children to it, this will result in brand new child accounts with no association/progress carried over from any other child account.
If your child’s FAN is associated to a parent account, then you will be able to sign in with the parent email address and see the associated youth accounts. If your child is not associated to a parent account (which may be the case if they were registered by their club secretary), then a parent FAN with associated child FAN will need to be created using this link.
Follow the link below to add your children to your account:
You can add another child/children in the app by selecting the profile icon in the top right corner of your screen and following the instructions.
Once you’ve done that, follow the steps to create the new child account(s). You can also use the profile icon to switch the active children.
How it works
There are 3 levels for each challenge, and there are different ways to try the challenges to make them easier and harder, with a ball or without sometimes. Give it a go and get creative. Try activities for longer or just keep practising.
These challenges have been created by FA Coaches and FA Education and align with the England DNA. We will be releasing more challenges into the app on a periodic basis, so there will always be plenty of new and exciting challenges to try.
10 Super Points are earned every time your child completes and provides feedback on a challenge. Your child will also earn 50 Super Points when they complete the onboarding journey and 20 Super Points (double points) for completing a Super Challenge.
Your child will receive a badge each time they complete a challenge from each one of the sub-categories. Stars are also awarded for the challenge badges when you hit milestones. Bonus badges are on offer to reward positive in app behaviours.
To check out what your child needs to do to earn badges and stars, head to the badge wall in The FA SuperKicks app and tap on a badge. Follow the links below to download The FA SuperKicks app:Download on the App store
Your child can customise Kicker when they have reached certain Super Points milestones. Your child can head to Kicker’s Treehouse to see how many points they need to unlock their favourite customisations and features!
To customise Kicker, choose ‘Kicker’s Treehouse’ and select one of the available features.
Tap on the navigation menu in the top left corner of the app and select ‘watch the welcome video’.
It is a weekly challenge offering double Super Points (20 Super Points).
Online/Offline usability - connectivity
Yes, you can find and complete all The FA SuperKicks challenges whether you are online or offline. All activity text instructions are available offline, while you will be able to ‘download’ challenge instruction images and GIFs by navigating through and viewing the challenges while you are online.
The challenges that you have browsed will then be available with GIFs and images, while you are disconnected from the internet.
Challenge videos are streamed via Vimeo and are only available while The FA SuperKicks app is connected to the internet.
All of your offline progress will be recorded and synchronised to your account as soon as you are back online.
You will lose your progress should you log out while you are offline. To ensure your progress is retained, connect The FA SuperKicks app to the internet before signing out.
Yes, but the app will synchronise progress from the device that you use last. This means that progress from the device you use first will be overwritten if you do not connect online with that device, before accessing your account and profile from another device.
