Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoters of the competition are The Football Association Limited (“The FA”) and McDonald’s Restaurants Limited (“McDonald’s”).
  2. The prize will be supplied by The FA and McDonald's.
  3. Only entries received by 12.00 noon BST on the closing date of 1st May 2007 will be considered.
  4. You must provide your first and last names and your contact details, as well as your club’s name and contact details and the reasons why your coach deserves to win, when entering the competition otherwise your entry will be invalid.
  5. Entrants (i.e. the person making the nomination and the coach being nominated) must be based in England and over 18 years of age. Entrants under 18 must have obtained the permission from a parent/guardian before entering.
  6. The FA will use the information that you provide to process the competition entries and if you are a winner The FA will publish your name on its website and may ask you to participate in publicity in accordance with Rule 14 below.  The FA will not pass on your information to any third parties not connected with this competition.  For further information please refer to our Privacy Policy
  7. No payment or purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
  8. All entries will be judged by an FA/ McDonald’s representative judging panel.
  9. The winning coach will be selected by the judging panel. The judging panel’s decision is made at their own discretion and will be final and binding.
  10. The winning coach will be notified by The FA or McDonald's that they have won by using the contact details provided when the competition was entered. The winning club will receive the prizes as detailed on the website. The date that the winning club will receive its prize will be confirmed by The FA and McDonald’s.
  11. The name of the winning club will be posted on The FA’s website once the winner has been selected.
  12. No changes will be made to the Prize specified.  There is no cash alternative.
  13. The winning coach will be asked to appear on The FA and McDonald’s web-sites and may be asked to take part in other publicity surrounding the competition.
  14. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of this competition except with the prize winner.
