Please note that comments submitted via 'Your Shout' will not receive a response. Your views will be collated, used to build a picture of public opinion and circulated internally within the organisation.

In order for us to deal with your query as quickly and efficiently as possible please take a moment to register for a FAN number using the 'Create/Recover FAN' link below.

A FAN number represents your personal reference number for all future forms of correspondence with The FA.

If you've already registered for a FAN but have misplaced either your FAN number or password you can retrieve your details via the same link.

If you have a specific query, The FA's Customer Relations team will strive to respond to all forms of correspondence within five working days of receipt. If further information is required, a comprehensive response will be sent within a further ten working days.
