Roy Hodgson confirms his line-up for Montenegro and Poland qualifiers
has named his England squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifying deciders against Montenegro and Poland.
The Three Lions sit top of Group H
, a point ahead of Ukraine and the Montenegrins, knowing two Wembley wins will secure a place at Brazil 2014.
England boss Hodgson has selected Liverpool's Daniel Sturridge and Manchester United's Wayne Rooney, who between them have bagged eight times in the Premier League this season, after they missed September's qualifiers against Moldova and Ukraine.
Rickie Lambert and Danny Welbeck are also included in the forward line along with Jermain Defoe.
The midfield is largely unchanged and includes England's latest member of the 100-club, Frank Lampard, skipper Steven Gerrard and Everton teenager Ross Barkley.
The squad will gather at St. George's Park
on Monday and begin preparations for the first game of the double-header against Montenegro at Wembley Stadium.
They are then back under the arch four days later to take on Poland. Tickets for both matches are available to buy online via www.TheFA.com/tickets
