Should you not receive your tickets two days prior to the match, you will need to contact Ticketmaster on 0844 4 999 999 (option 3 and then press option 2) and they will arrange for your tickets to be held for collection at the West Ticket Office on the day of the match.

To access the ticket booths on Level B1 you will need to walk underneath the pedway at the end of Olympic Way (this is the pedestrian route leading to the Stadium from Wembley Park tube).

Please do not follow the rest of the visitors up the pedway onto turnstile level but stay at street level. As you pass underneath the pedway you will see two very large staircases to your right and left. Walk up the Right hand set of stairs to the mid-level where you will see a number of ticket windows. Your tickets will be available from the West Ticket Collection Booth.

Please bring with you a copy of your order confirmation along with a form of ID for example Driving license, Passport, Debit or Credit card (something that has your name on it).

There will be safety stewards at the ground who will give you assistance if you are having difficulties locating the collection point.
