The FA proudly partners with The King's Trust to deliver week-long employability programme at Wembley Stadium, giving young people the opportunity to develop workplace skills, build confidence and gain valuable insight into a wide range of careers. 

Throughout the week, colleagues from across The FA and Wembley Stadium come together to deliver interactive workshops covering CV writing, interview preparation and the evolving role of AI in the workplace. Young people have the opportunity to hear directly from industry experts, learning about the diverse career opportunities available across football, sport and major events. 

A key part of the programme is a series of practice interviews, where department heads and colleagues from areas including grassroots football, catering and groundskeeping share their expertise and provide constructive feedback to help young people prepare for future employment opportunities. 

The programme culminates in an unforgettable work experience opportunity at a major event at Wembley Stadium. Working alongside teams across the stadium, young people gain first-hand experience of delivering world-class events, bringing their learning to life and experiencing the excitement of Wembley at the same time.
