VIDEO: England training in Germany
Today we focus our cameras on Wayne Rooney, who warmed-up with the main group before continuing his re-hab with fitness coach Ivan Carminati.

England's players began the World Cup countdown on Tuesday with their first training session on German soil. The clock is now ticking towards the Three Lions' opener with Paraguay on Saturday and they all looked sharp and focused.

Following their thumping victory over Jamaica at Old Trafford, the confidence in the camp is high as final preparations are made in these last few days before the tournament gets underway.

Log on here on Wednesday to see the full highlights of the main session, which included an oldies v youngies match. You'll see more goals from the in-form strike partnership of Crouch and Owen and penalty saves from both Paul Robinson and David James.
