MATCH DATES

All ties must be played on Sunday 9 January 2005, kick-off 1.00 pm. Any kick-off times later than 1.00pm will be allowed providing both clubs are in agreement and that floodlights are available. Home Clubs MUST ensure the Match Arrangement Form is received at this Office by no later than Monday 13 December 2004. PLEASE ONLY FAX TO 020 7287 5189. DO NOT POST.

There are no replays in the FA Women’s Cup, If a match is level at the end of 90 minutes, extra time of 15 minutes each way must be played. If the scores are still level at the end of extra time, kicks from the penalty mark shall be taken to decide the winner.

PLAYER QUALIFICATION DATE

The player qualification date is 12 noon on Saturday 8 January 2005, this also includes postponements.

GROUND DETAILS

The ground nominated on the Entry Form is the ground that the tie MUST be played on. Under no circumstances should another venue be used without the written permission of The FA.
