Having missed out on the first FA Women's Cup Final at Nottingham Forest's City Ground, Sophie Bradley is determined to make this one to remember.

For a Nottingham girl, the decision to host the biggest game of the football calendar in her home town was perfect.

But when Leeds failed to reach the showpiece game, Bradley was denied the chance to attend or even watch the game on television as the Yorkshire club had a league fixture.

But Bradley says that this year's Final will live long in the memory.

"Leeds had a game last year on the Bank Holiday Monday so I couldn't go and watch The Final," Bradley told TheFA.com.

"Ever since I was a little girl I have watched it on TV, and the chance to play in The FA Women's Cup Final in my home town is incredible.

"I'm quite good mates with Katie (Holtham) and she's been telling me what it was like last season, being part of The Final and scoring in front of her home crowd, which must have been incredible for her.

"It would be great for one of us to get a goal this time around, but playing at centre-back I'm not sure I'll get too many chances!

"All my family and friends are coming down, so I'm really looking forward to it.

"It's a massive game, the biggest Cup competition and it's going to be a really good day. Hopefully there will be a big crowd again and I know there have been a lot of events planned around the whole weekend, so it will be really special."
