There are three all-National Division ties, with Arsenal or Doncaster Rovers Belles playing host to Birmingham City, Everton drawn at home to Bristol Academy and Blackburn Rovers taking on Chelsea.

At least three clubs from outside the top flight will make it through to the Quarter Finals, whilst Barnet, promoted to thre Southern Division at the end of last season will relish the trip to Yorkshire where they will face last season's beaten FA Women's Cup finalists Leeds United.
