Nationwide Women's Premier League Cup holders Charlton Athletic welcome Stockport County to south London as they begin their bid to retain the honour.
Keith Boanas' side beat Fulham 1-0 in the Final of last season's competition and will be looking to repeat the triumph this season. However, with lots of player movement this summer, there are a number of strong sides aiming for silverware, also.
England winger Rachel Yankey has made a switch from Fulham to Birmingham City, strengthening the Blues line-up. Marcus Bignot's team face an away trip to AFC Wimbledon in their First Round tie, while Yankey's former club Fulham travel to Enfield Town.
Arsenal have a home tie with Sunderland, as Leeds United, who finished in fourth place in the league have to wait until the Blackburn versus Oldham Curzon Preliminary Round match has found a winner for their opponents.
The draw for the Reserve League Cup has also been made and an each-catching tie between Arsenal and Fulham is arguably the match of the First Round.
