Leicester City WFC are looking for two new coaches following their promotion to the Premier League.
Thursday, 22 May 2008.
Leicester City WFC have recently been promoted into The FA Tesco Women’s Premier League – Northern Division and require two coaches to aid the ambitions of a club looking to progress even further.
The role requires people who are enthusiastic, reliable, organised and have an excellent knowledge of the game. Successful candidates will work closely with existing managers to develop and implement a coaching programme to suit the needs of the female players and will be required to undergo an enhanced CRB check.
Ideal candidates would need to be:-
• Qualified to Level 3/UEFA B or above (candidates awaiting Level 3 assessment will be considered)
• Proactive and driven.
• Professional in their approach and attitude.
• Confident with their knowledge but approachable and willing to develop themselves too.
These positions would really help and suit someone looking for experience in a very professional environment at a club that has raced through every league first time to get to the National League within four years of starting up.
The roles are voluntary, but require the successful individuals to be committed to Tuesday and Thursday evenings for the first team, Thursdays only for the reserve team and Sundays to accompany the teams to fixtures.
As a club we are interested in the development of our coaches for the future and will aid that development as much as possible to help gain further qualifications. The club is also looking at ways of covering reasonable expenses but please note this should not be a motivating factor in your application.
Please email a covering letter and CV to the First Team Manager Rehanne Skinner at rehanne.skinner@lcfc.co.uk
