Kay Cossington is the Head Coach of England Women's U15s.

Kay is 29 years of age, currently holds the UEFA 'A' Licence in coaching - and is hoping to work towards her Pro Licence in the near future.
Kay played at West Ham United Ladies FC from a young age, and went on to manage the Senior first team for nine years from the tender age of 19, taking the team to the Southern National Division and two Cup finals as well as developing the youth structure at the club.
Having recently moved across to Millwall Lionesses, Kay is the first team coach and oversea the whole girls programme including the Centre of Excellence and Millwall Girls Academy.
Kay's full time employment is with Millwall Community Scheme, where she is a Coach Education & Development Manager.
Kay's role at Millwall involves the following:
- Organisation, implementation and delivery of Coaching courses;
- Mentoring of coaches currently working towards their coaching badges;
- Staff development;
- Development and implementation of the Girls & Womens programme.
As part of the girls programme here Kay has held many events to promote the International game, and give youngster the opportunity to live a day in the life of an international.
Kay is currently the England Women's U15s Head Coach, and has taken the team for the past year and a half.
