Still only young Carly has got her chance after impressing between the sticks for Premier League side Sunderland - and she is not letting it slip away.

While her debut against Scotland in March was the first time she has been involved with the senior set up, Carly has a wealth of experience for England through the youth teams and will be counting on that in future.

As a goalkeeper Carly inevitably looks up to Rachel Brown, another who proved early on in her career that age is no restriction if you are hard working and talented enough.
