Laura was a star performer in central defence as the England U19's reached the quarter-finals of the inaugural FIFA U19 World Championship.

She made her senior debut in the international against Italy in February 2003 as a substitute and most recently starred in England U21s behind-closed-doors 2-1 victory over the USA last month.

Laura is a solid, dependable defender who goes about her game with a quiet authority. She currently has seven senior caps, most recently coming on as a late substitute against Russia and then starting against Scotland on 11 March.
