England will provide Germany's last test before they play in the 2008 Olympic Games
Germans name squadMonday, 30 June 2008.
Germany Head Coach Silvia Neid has named a 25 player training squad as they fine tune preparations ahead of September's Olympic Games football tournament.
In a mark of the growing competitiveness between England and Germany, Neid invited Hope Powell's squad to Unterhaching - outside Munich - for a final friendly before travelling to China.
In 2004 Germany went out at the semi final stage in Athens when after the game finished 1-1 against USA, Heather O'Reilly scored in extra time to send the Americans through.
This time around, the Germans will face Brazil, Nigeria and North Korea in a tough group, and will be hoping for another strong test against The Three Lions, after the two goalless draws between the two sides in Guangzhou and Shanghai last year.
