France have confirmed the venue for the final World Cup qualifier in September, which will see Hope Powell's side travel across the Channel in the hope of booking their place in China next year.

Rennes stadium will stage the match that is sure to be a vital game for both countries as it will be the final opportunity to put points on the board in Group 5.

England currently lead the group after their recent 4-0 victory over Austria, and before that the Three Lions drew 0-0 with France at Ewood Park at the end of March.

Les Bleues have also announced that they will also tackle Canada in two friendlies in Rouen on 26 and 29 August.

England Women's next match will see them take on Hungary at Southampton on 11 May, before taking on Holland in August.
