England have been drawn in group A with Germany, Japan and Argentina, with Japan their first opponents in Shanghai on 11 September.
Germany, reigning champions are next up on 14 September in Shanghai, before Argentina complete the group phase on 18 September in Chengdu against Hope Powell's side.
Group B features North Korea, USA, Sweden and Nigeria.
Group C is Norway, Ghana, Australia and Canada, with Group D containing China, Brazil, Denmark and New Zealand.
