National League System Cup
Semi-Finals

History was made on Sunday in the unlikely surroundings of Chatham Town FC when the Isle of Man league became the first offshore team at any level to reach the final of an FA Competition.

A goal, in the 3rd minute of stoppage time, by Nick Hurt securing a 2-1 victory over semi final opponents the Kent County League.

Opposition in the final will be provided by the Cambridgeshire County League who defeated the Guernsey Priaulx 4-2 in a penalty shoot out after their match ended 3-3 after extra-time.

This is a tremendous achievement for the light blues who also appeared in the inaugural final in 2004.

The final will be staged at Cambridge United FC on Sunday 7th May, kick-off 3.00pm.
