MATCH DATESAll ties must be played by Saturday 27 November 2004. Kick-off times will be 7.45 pm for midweek matches and 3.00 pm for weekend matches unless otherwise agreed by both clubs. Home Clubs yet to send the match Arrangement Form to this office MUST do so immediately. PLEASE FAX TO 020 7287 5189. DO NOT POST.
Ties may be played on Sundays by mutual agreement. If problems are experienced in fixing a date to avoid 1st XI fixtures please ring the Competitions Department. Please remember that FA Youth Cup ties take priority over all other fixtures except Home 1st XI fixtures.
There are no replays in the FA Youth Cup, If a match is level at the end of 90 minutes, extra time of 15 minutes each way must be played. If the scores are still level at the end of extra time, kicks from the penalty mark shall be taken to decide the winner.
PLAYER QUALIFICATION
The only Players who are eligible to take part are those who have not reached the age of 18 years as at midnight on 31st of August of the current Season. Therefore, in terms of date of birth, a player must have been born on or after 1 September 1986 to be eligible. If he is born before this date, he is not eligible to play.
Only those Players qualified to play in a Round shall be eligible to play in the Semi-Final or Final Ties.
The player qualification date is 12 noon on the day before the date fixed for playing the match, this includes postponements.
