Winning clubs receive £4,000
There were 15 ties in The FA Trophy Second Round as the Conference sides begin to dominate the draw.
League leaders Aldershot Town came out on top in their local derby with Woking with a 4-2 win, while last season's finalists Kidderminster Harriers were made to settle for a draw at Weymouth.
With holders Stevenage already dumped out of the cup, Kidderminster will fancy their chances of booking a date at Wembley.
Harriers midfielder Simon Russell believes his side is well-equipped to make a triumphant return to the hallowed turf, despite a disappointing draw at the Conference strugglers.
"We are disappointed in that we thought we were good enough to win it," he said.
"They worked hard and made life difficult for us and we didn't have enough quality in the final third to make the breakthrough.
"We needed a bit more quality today. We need to perfect that final ball but if we can do that, we can go on and win the replay.
"They have changed a lot since last season. They're a young side with some loan signings and they work hard for each other. Make no mistake, this is a hard place to come," he affirmed.
Kidderminster suffered Wembley heartbreak last year when they squandered a two-goal lead against Stevenage, but Russell says his side have the experience to progress.
He explained: "A lot of the lads have experienced Wembley and I know I definitely want to do it again.
"We are better prepared than a lot of sides because we know what it takes to make the final," he continued. "We have to be on top of our game but we know how to deal with it."
Elsewhere in the Trophy, AFC Wimbledon kept their challenge alive with a 4-0 win at Tonbridge Angels and remain dark horses in the competition.
York and Grays Athletic battled out a 1-1 draw, as did Braintree and Workington.
Tamworth travelled to Blyth Spartans and picked up an impressive 1-0 victory to book their place in Round Three, while Crawley Town kept their cup hopes alive with a 2-1 home win over Eastleigh.
Nigel Clough's Burton Albion progressed in style with a 4-1 win at Vauxhall Motors and Stafford Rangers put their league troubles behind them to secure a 2-1 win at home to Forest Green.
Rushden & Diamonds upset the form book with a 3-0 victory over Exeter City while Torquay avoided a potential banana skin with a 2-1 win at Newport County.
Farsley Celtic settled for a 1-1 draw with Alfreton Town, with Ebbsfleet United booking their place in Round Three as they won 2-0 at Dorchester.
