Aldershot Town, who head the Conference Premier by seven points, were handed a home tie in today's draw at Soho Square for The FA Carlsberg Trophy Third Round Proper.
It's a case of third-time lucky for The Shots after away draws at Hayes & Yeading United and Woking in the previous two rounds. Shots, who came from behind to win Saturday's derby clash with Woking at Kingfield, will entertain the winners of tomorrow's replay between Workington and Braintree Town.
Trophy holders Stevenage were knocked out at Dorchester in the First Round Proper, but runners-up Kidderminster Harriers kept their hopes alive of lifting the trophy this time with a 0-0 draw at Weymouth at the weekend. If Harriers are successful in the replay, they will travel to Ebbsfleet United.
A massive crowd is guaranteed at Kingsmeadow in Round Three as AFC Wimbledon host Torquay United, the latter taking part in their first Trophy competition.
