MATCH DATES
All ties must be played on Sunday 21 November 2004, kick-off 1.00 pm. Any kick-off later than 1.00pm can only be if mutually agreed and if floodlighrs are available.

There are no replays in the FA Sunday Cup, If a match is level at the end of 90 minutes, extra time of 15 minutes each way must be played. If the scores are still level at the end of extra time, kicks from the penalty mark shall be taken to decide the winner.

The player qualification date is 12 noon Saturday 20 November 2004, this also includes postponements
