Well it's certainly been a busy week at Exeter City, and we all had a fantastic time at Old Trafford.

After the hectic weekend we gave the players Sunday off so that they had time to come away from it all. Obviously there was still a lot of attention on us after the day we'd had I didn't want the players training with other things on their mind.

But on the Monday we insisted no press would be allowed into our training complex and we put on a pretty good session.

There has been a buzz about the place and everyone is in a great mood. We have a great bunch of lads here and I know they will keep their feet on the ground.

We are now preparing for our next big game, Billericay away in The FA Trophy. It will be treated as equally important as our matches against Manchester United and we are travelling up on Friday afternoon in preparation.

We know we still have that big game against United to come, but for now we can not look forward to that. We have to focus on our next game.

For a while a few of our players' minds were still at Old Trafford, but that has all been stopped now and they are focused on the task in hand.

I have been awarded the Manager of the Round award, which is nice for me but I'm certainly not getting carried away.

We have a massive week ahead of us and I want us to carry on producing the standards I know we are capable of and giving a good show of ourselves.

As I've said before, I never go into any match already beaten. And whether we are playing Billericay or Manchester United I will be hoping for the best possible outcome.
