Dennis Wise believes Chelsea have a chance of retaining The FA Cup this season as they prepare for Sunday's trip to Manchester United.
The Blues were given one of the hardest ties in the Sixth Round draw, against Sir Alex Ferguson's Premier League leaders.
But former the former Chelsea captain believes Rafa Benitez’s team have enough about them to get a result at Old Trafford.
He told FATV: “It's a difficult tie I think, but they're well capable of winning it as well.
"They've had some really good battles over the years and this season as well.
"It will be a difficult game, but they still have a chance of winning it.”
Wise won The Cup with Chelsea in 1997 and 2000 and then took Millwall to The Final in 2004, so admits it’s been a rewarding competition for him.
And he still wishes he could be out there playing again, once the competition gets to its later stages and throws out ties such as this.
He said: "I would love to have still been involved in it!
"We used to love going to Old Trafford, and our record was very good. In fact, it still is.
"It was a good place to play, a decent atmosphere and we had some good battles with the likes of Roy Keane and Nicky Butt well.”
