Stoke City suffered FA Cup heart-break in The Final of the competition in 2011 - and Tony Pulis is out for revenge.
Manchester City won the trophy at Wembley at Stoke's expense but Pulis' side have the best possible way of hitting back this Saturday, as they welcome Roberto Mancini's team to the Britannia.
And the Stoke manager is desperate to advance at City's expense.
He said: "I will name the strongest possible team available to me at the weekend - because this is a game we really want to win.
"We have seen what this competition can do for a football club, and we are desperate to progress through to the next round if we can.
"We take The FA Cup incredibly seriously here and that is reflected in the fact that we have lost just three of the last 18 games where have played in the competition; and even they were against Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool."
And Stoke, who are vying for a place in the last 16 for the fourth year in a row, may have a secret weapon up their sleeve.
Michael Owen scored his first goal for the club last time out and has form against Manchester City.
The striker scored a last-minute winner against the blue half of Manchester while playing for United in 2009 and is in line to face Mancini's side.
"I was really pleased with Michael on Saturday; he came on, scored a landmark goal and he looked pretty sharp. He was one of only two positives to come from that game, the other being Matty Etherington," added Pulis.
"Michael is a fantastic lad, and a real good bloke. He is part of the squad and he is one of 20 odd players that I am looking at playing this weekend.
"We will have a look at things over the next day or two and then make a decision; not just on Michael, but on the other lads too."
