A. Olivier Giroud, Brighton & Hove Albion v ARSENAL

The Frenchman expertly curls a shot home from the edge of the area after a swift counter-attack by the Gunners.

B. Mikele Leigertwood, READING v Sheffield United

Reading's impressive 4-0 win over the Blades included this screamer, a left-footer from 25 yards into the top corner.

C. Scott Dann, Derby County v BLACKBURN ROVERS

The Rovers defender isn't normally renowned for his goalscoring, but this piece of skill and fine finish at Pride Park suggests otherwise.

D. Wayne Rooney, MANCHESTER UNITED v Fulham

The England striker expertly controlled a through ball, before beating a man and shooting low and hard past Mark Schwarzer at Old Trafford.

E. Oscar, Brentford v CHELSEA

The Brazilian youngster made the most of an opening in the Brentford area to find the top corner and score an important goal for his side in the west London derby.

F. Ross McCormack, LEEDS UNITED v Spurs

The Scottish striker scored a stunning winner at Elland Road, cutting inside from the right before curling a left-footer past Brad Friedel and into the top corner.
