This weekend, The FA Cup Trophy Tour stops off in Birmingham to give fans another fantastic opportunity to have their picture taken alongside one of the most famous pieces of silverwear in world football.
The FA Cup Trophy Tour will travel to locations across the country during the season, allowing fans to find out more about football’s most exciting and authentic knock-out competition. Visitors can enjoy a cinematic experience celebrating the magic of The FA Cup and find out more about their own club’s history in the competition as well as getting their picture taken alongside the iconic FA Cup trophy.
The Tour is at Chamberlain Square in Birmingham on Saturday 27 October through to Tuesday 30 October. The experience is free, suitable for all ages and no booking in advance is required. The Tour is in Birmingham in support of local teams in the First Round Proper. Kidderminster Harriers will be out to cause an upset against Oldham Athletic, whilst Walsall and Coventry have their own ties to stay in the competition.
The FA Cup is a uniquely democratic and magical competition that provides an endless supply of memorable moments and giant killings each season.
For Kidderminster Harriers, Walsall and Coventry and the remaining clubs battling to reach the Third Round Proper, when the Premiership and Championship sides join, this season’s FA Cup is a chance for new heroes to be born and new chapters to be written. It may have already occurred, it may happen this year, or perhaps it’s yet to come – but The FA Cup will guarantee that everyone has their day.
Make sure that if you have had your photo taken that you visit facebook.com/TheFACup from Monday 29 October to find your exclusive picture and share this with all your friends!
