ESPN will be heading to Alfreton Town as part of their live TV broadcast coverage of The FA Cup with Budweiser Second Round.

The Conference National side from Derbyshire face Leyton Orient on Sunday 2 December at 3.15pm.

Alfreton chalked up a superb 4-2 win at Wrexham in the First Round with Ben Tomlinson netting a match winning brace after Paul Clayton and Dan Bradley had put The Reds in the driving seat.

Leyton Orient left it late to beat Gloucester City 2-0 in their First Round clash on Wednesday after a waterlogged pitch at Whaddon Road had postponed their original date almost a fortnight ago.

The O’s have an affinity with ESPN who covered their famous 1-1 draw with Arsenal at the Matchroom Stadium in 2011.

ESPN’s live Second Round coverage continues with Cheltenham Town v Hereford United on Monday 3 December at 7.45pm.

Hereford already have a giant-killing under their belt this season having beaten Shrewsbury Town 3-1 in the First Round at Edgar Street.

But there was no banana skin for Cheltenham who saw off Southern League South & West outfit Yate Town 3-0 in their First Round tie.

All four clubs featured in ESPN’s live match coverage will be paid £67,925 in FA live broadcast fees plus the winners will take home £27,000 from The FA Cup prize fund.
