League Two Crawley Town, the lowest ranked club left in the competition, will host Stoke City while Stevenage can look forward to a trip from high-flying Tottenham Hotspur who are William Hill's joint-favourite for lifting the trophy at Wembley on 5 May.
Brighton's reward for beating Newcastle United is a tie against Liverpool at Anfield while Birmingham City travel to Stamford Bridge to face William Hill's other joint-favourite, Chelsea.
Premier League Norwich City will meet Leicester City at Carrow Road and Bolton Wanderers will travel to either Millwall or Southampton.
The winners of Blackpool v Sheffield Wednesday will face Everton at Goodison Park while Arsenal, fresh from their 3-2 win over Aston Villa at the Emirates on Sunday, are looking at a trip to the North-East and the winners of Sunderland v Middlesbrough.
