Winning clubs in the Fifth Round will each receive £360,000 from The FA's Prize Fund

The draw for the Sixth Round of The FA Cup with Budweiser was made at Wembley Stadium by Peter Reid and Wayne Allison.

There are two confirmed all-Premier League ties as Everton host Sunderland at Goodison Park and last season's runners-up Stoke City will travel to Anfield to take on Liverpool.

The winner of the Chelsea v Birmingham City Fifth Round replay will entertain Leicester, while Bolton, last season's Semi-Finalists, will travel to the victors of the Stevenage v Tottenham replay.

The winners of the four ties will each receive £360,000 from The FA's Prize Fund.
