Forget seeing Wembley FC bloating themselves on bubbly after any FA Cup victories this season - the Combined Counties side are sponsored by beer kings, and sponsors of the world's most famous cup competition, Budweiser and they are reaping the rewards.
Thanks to the generous set-up, the club that sits in the shadow of the National Stadium has been able to recruit ex-England, Tottenham and Barcelona manager Terry Venables as a technical advisor.
Arsenal legend David Seaman has joined the club as a goalkeeping coach and a number of veteran players including Ray Parlour, Martin Keown and Graeme Le Saux have got on board to help the grassroots club not just survive but hopefully flourish.
Speaking at the launch of the landmark event, Venables said: "Basically the idea is to get Wembley FC to Wembley Stadium, which you can see from here, by winning The Cup."
Seaman will be on hand to offer advice to the club's current goalkeepers, especially on the intricacies of saving penalties in shoot-outs, and he is relishing the chance to see part-time players getting professional privileges.
"These guys do it for the love of football," said the former England No.1. "It means so much for them and this opportunity is fantastic. It gives them the chance to see what it's like as a footballer, the training they do and the coaching they get and they've got Terry Venables as their manager - doesn't get much better than that."
Wembley FC manager Ian Bates, who could have a number of selection headaches come Saturday afternoon if his former pros are fit for action, said: "A year ago we were playing in front of an empty grandstand and the club house was falling down.
"Now the investment means great times are waiting for Wembley FC and we can't wait to kick off our FA Cup campaign."
