Company Background
The Football Association operates one of the world’s largest Doping Control Whereabouts programmes monitoring the training activities of 92 professional clubs and youth teams to track the locations of over 2500 players. 

Role Specifics
As the Doping Control Programme Whereabouts Administrator you will be responsible for various aspects of administration of the whereabouts programme, including the maintenance of accurate data records, the monitoring of club and player submissions, the production of weekly compliance reports, and the identification of potential rule violations.   

Candidate Specifics
You will have excellent data-management skills and the ability to apply meticulous attention to detail in the maintenance of confidential records. You will also use your strong aptitude in all MS Office packages to analyse large amounts of data in various formats for the production of reports and statistics.

Your role will require you to liaise with a wide range of internal and external contacts from within professional football and the UK anti-doping community, and as such you must have outstanding communication skills (verbal and written), and the ability to organise a varied workload. You will be highly motivated and flexible in your approach to work and will be able to work both individually and as part of a team.

Ideally you will have a statistics degree or a degree in a data-management related field, however applications will be considered from candidates with a sports science or biochemistry degree, where experience of data management can be demonstrated. 

You will possess relevant work experience, preferably in a medical or sporting environment, and ideally within doping control or related fields.  A strong knowledge of the World Anti-Doping Code and Standards, the WADA Prohibited List, and knowledge of the structure of English football are all highly desirable.
